We have one of these and it is getting very very hot. Not only does the casing get very hot but so does the wall it is fitted to, which has a marbel surround fitted. Manufacturers have suggested options to cure this but they do not work, in fact they agreed to give us money back for having it re-installed un-necessarily.
I think there is a problem with the manufacture of this fire. Has anyone else had any problems with it?Does anyone have a Valor Black Beauty Slimline Fire fitted to a pre-cast flu?
