I Have Started Having My Body Waxed Recently. I Even Get My Pubic Areas Waxed, It Hurts Like Hell But I Take The Pain.


I Have Emailed 7 Salons Who Deal With Waxing , When I Tell Them Im A Bloke, They Reply With, We Are Sorry We Cant Accomodate Your Needs. Why Is This?Why Dont Female Beauty Therapist Treat Male Clients?
I'm a beauty therapist and I treat male clients, including pubic waxing. It's not a problem for me. It's my job; I'm a professional. It's just like a doctor-patient relationship. I'm adult enough not be horrified by the prospect of waxing a guy's bits.





It is stupid and sexist of these salons to refuse to deal with men. Yes, a few -- very few -- men will make inappropriate remarks or requests. (I get the occasional guy who thinks that a genital waxing should include a handjob, for example.) But the vast majority are polite and just want their waxing done. And some women make inappropriate requests too. When a person of either sex does that, I just say no and get on with the treatment. If they persist in making such remarks, I tell them to leave.





I hope you find a salon with more sensible policies.Why Dont Female Beauty Therapist Treat Male Clients?
I have no idea. Thats so sexist! But to be honest I don't think I'd like to wax a guy very much either, so maybe it's just something that they're employees aren't comfortable with or something. You know what, you should text 118118 and ask them which salons in your area can accomodate you. They answer any question now, did you know that? It costs you 35p I think. Good luck anyhuu. xx
This is a fine example of male sexism; but come on, lets get real. Most beauty therapists are females, and they probably feel that they shouldn't have to handle male genitals on a daily basis.


And can you blame them lol? Your best shot is a do it yourself wax from walmart.
thats really strange im a beauty therapist and work in a salon and have done plenty of waxing treatments on male clients. Male waxing usually comes under specialised waxing in some salons so look out for salons which offer this!
Because random women don't wish to be exposed to your ballsack. Plain and simple.





I would imagine a back wax would be no problem.

Some men might do it to get sexual thrills.
