The School doesn't matter for that bit. You need the talent, experiance the license and the drive to get to be a celebrity hairstylist. You have to make your name known before you go and start doing make up and hair for celebritys. That could take years to achieve, so don't expect to do that overnight.
and no one can tell you what schools are great. It all depends on the instructors, and every school has different instructors, who all teach differently. Some may suck, Some may be good at what they do. So go in and get a tour. ask questions.
